The yearly excuse to spread love has finally arrived
Dear readers, I have no idea on how you are spending this pandemic, but chances are, this year, you’re going to hate February 14 even more. I do understand, really. I’m thinking about those couples whose cohabitation has become more difficult than usual, I’m thinking about single people who have never thought being single was a problem until Coronavirus arrived. However, if you’re lucky, your life is still going great.
No matter the situation you’re in, I’m sure you became a little more meditative about relationships in general and asked yourselves what kind of people you do want in your lives when social distancing ends (because, hopefully, it will).
In the meantime, let’s leave this long and profound consideration behind to go back to mere materialism, because our souls needs both. Next Sunday, we’re going to find another excuse to celebrate ourselves and the people we have in our lives: partner, family members, friends. We deserve cute little things to make us happy and they do as well, especially in this difficult times we’re living.
